Es handelt sich um eine schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit einer grossen Wohnküche. Die Dimensionen im Grundriss stimmen nicht so ganz aber ich kann es nicht besser Zeichnen. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stock des Hauses und jeder Stock hat nur eine Wohnung. Man ist 10 min vom Kreuzviertel und 10 min vom BVB Stadion entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 min an der Universität mit der Bahn dauert es 30 min. Es sind 3 U-Bahnstationen direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie REWE, Netto, Rossmann gibt es hier im Umkreis. Alles lässt sich zu Fuss in max. 10 min erreichen. Da wir ins Ausland gehen müssen wir nun unsere schöne Wohnung abgeben.
