Zu vermieten ist ein helle 3-Zimmer Wohnung am Hafen in der Nordstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine zweier WG geeigent. Es gibt zwei große Zimmer und ein etwas kleineres Arbeits- oder Gemeinstschaftszimmer mit ca.10qm Wohnfläche. Außerdem gibt einen Balkon auf der westlichen Seite, wo die Sonne von Mittags bis Abends drauf scheint!! Mit Blick auf den Innenhof, ist es auf dem Balkon auch sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung wurde etwa vor 4 Jahren renoviert und ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche haben wir bei unserer WG-Gründung samt Elektrogeräte neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist gegen eine Abschlagszahlung beforzugt mit Küche abzugeben! Ansonsten gibt es in dem Haus sehr nette Nachbarn!
Die U-Bahn Station Hafen ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 min erreichbar. Von dort ist man sehr schnell am Hauptbahnhof oder in der Innenstadt. Zur TU Dortmund kommt man mit der Bahn in ca 30 min. hin. In nahem Umkreis, das heißt in 10-15min zu Fuß, gibt es Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann und Penny. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit 15-20min auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem befinden sich in der Nähe coole Bars wie Subrosa, Sissykingkong, Rercorder, Tyde oder Herr Walter. Auch der Fredenbaumpark und der Kanal sind nicht weit, wo man im Sommer gut abhängen kann.
