Wir suchen zum 01.05.2018 Nachmieter für unsere 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage in Dreis. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Terrasse mit Zugang zur hauseigenen Rasenfläche, die ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Vorm Haus gibt es einen PKW-Stellplatz. Im Keller befinden sich ein Kellerraum und ein Waschmaschinen-/Trocknerstellplatz. Die Einbauküche mit hochwertiger Spülmaschine und Herd sowie Backofen soll vom Nachmieter übernommen werden. Katzen sind in der Wohnung erlaubt.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Bis Wittlich benötigt man mit dem PKW maximal 10 Minuten. Zudem gibt es eine sehr gute Autoanbindung in Richtung Trier und Koblenz, die binnen 5 Minuten erreichbar ist. Ein Bahnhof befindet sich im Nachbarort und kann ebenfalls binnen 5 Minuten erreicht werden.
