wir suchen Untermieter für unsere 3-Raum-Wohnung in der Dresdener Neustadt. Der Zeitraum ist flexibel, aber maximal zwischen 07.12.23 und 31.01.24.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der vierten Etage und die großen Fenster lassen viel Tageslicht herein. Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, ein Arbeitszimmer mit zwei Arbeitsplätzen, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit einer Badewanne. Von der Küche aus, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist, geht man auf den schönen Süd-West-Balkon mit Blick über den Hinterhof.

We are looking for subtenants for our 3-room flat in Dresden Neustadt for two months (period flexible but max in period between 07.12.23 and 31.01.24).
The flat is on the fourth floor and has a lot of daylight. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a working room with two workstations, a living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. From the kitchen, which is very well equipped, you walk out onto the beautiful south-west facing balcony overlooking the green backyard.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Lidl und eine Bus-Haltestelle sind fast vor der Tür. Bahnhof Neustadt sowie zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe.
The location is perfect: Lidl and a bus stop are almost on the doorstep. Neustadt train station and numerous bars and restaurants are also nearby.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten inbegriffen und die lässt sich selbstverständlich anpassen, falls man die Wohnung für eine kürzere Zeit mietet (drei Wochen sind minimum).
