Da es mich schon länger aus Dresden weg zieht und mein Mitbewohner mit sehr guten Freunden zusammen wohnen wird, wird eine zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung im abgeranztesten Haus auf der Fritz-Reuter-Straße frei: unsanierter Altbau, Kohleheizung, Badewanne im Flur, Etagen-Toilette. Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer mit je ca 15m², Küche, Flur und eben Toilette auf dem Gang.
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Friedensstraße) ist in einer Minute erreichbar, S-Bahnhof Bischofsweg ist ebenfalls ein Katzensprung. Mit dem Rad ist man in fünf Minuten in der Neustadt. Zur TU braucht man mit dem Rad ca 20-30 Minuten, mit der Bahn etwas länger.
Wir würden dir die Wohnung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, unseren Hochbetten und wenn du magst auch diversen anderen Einrichtungsgegenständen überlassen. Da wäre es cool, wenn wir einfach vorher mal zusammen klar schiff machen, und du dir überlegst, was du haben willst.

As I've been wanting to leave Dresden for some time and my flatmate will move in with very good friends of him, our two-room flat in the shabbiest house of Fritz-Reuter-Straße will be free:
unrenovated old building, coal-burning stove (no "usual" heating unit), no bathroom, but bathtub in the corridor, toilet accessible from the flat, but through the hallway of the house.
The Flat has two rooms with about 15m² each, kitchen, corridor and - as mentioned - toilet outside of the flat.
The next tram stop "Friedensstraße" is less than one walking minute away, S-Bahn-Station Bischofsweg is also not far (maybe 5-10 min walking). Neustadt is 5 minutes away by bike. To TU Dresden it takes about 20-30 minutes by bike and a bit longer if you take the tram.
We would like to leave you the flat with dishwasher, washingmachine, fridge, loftbeds and if you like other further furniture. Therefore it would be good if we could check before what you want to keep.
