Die Wohnung befindet sich ruhig gelegen in einem Seitenhaus, im Dachgeschoss eines zweistöckigem Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Wohnanlage würde 1997 errichtet und ist dementsprechend modern.
Zur Ausstattung gehören Balkon und das Bad hat eine Wanne.
Im Wohnzimmer und dem abgetrennten Schlafbereich ist Teppich ausgelegt.
Das Umfeld ist sehr angenehm, die Nachbarn nett.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Klotzsche, an der Autobahnauffahrt Flughafen ist man in 5 Minuten. Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Linie 7 3 Minuten zu Fuß).
Ein Lidl, Bäcker, Blumenladen und Friseur befinden sich nur ein paar Meter weit weg, ein Rewe, Rossmann, weitere Bäcker und ein Aldi 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Haustiere sind erlaubt, insofern man keine 3 Schäferhunde mitbringt. Kleine Hunde und Katzen gibt es etliche in der Nachbarschaft, ich selber habe auch 2 Katzen.
Kabelanschluss liegt an, sowie auch DSL.
Gerne würde ich eine Nachmieter für den 1. April, 15. April oder spätestens 1. Mai finden.
