Very cozy 2 room flat in Fritz-Reuter-Strasse is looking for a new tenant.
When I have moved in in February 2017 I have made a small touch-up in the flat , the laminate flooring and heater skirtings are totally new, walls are freshly painted and furniture is pretty new, so it is a very nice piece to have as you would not need to do any renovations. There is a sleeping room and living room, small coridor, bathroom with shower and a tiny kitchen that you enter through the living room. The flat is very bright as its facing the South side. Its a perfect match for a single or a couple.
The Bischofsplatz train station can be reached within 5 walking minutes, Neustadt Hauptbahnhof can be reached within 10 walking minutes. Plenty of shopping possibilities (Netto, Rewe, Lidl).
Furniture will be left for refund or taken away, undecided yet. Can be discussed.
Monthly rent is 490 euro warm + aprox. 25-30 euro for electricity.
