Da wir für 3 Monate (01.09.2022 – 27.11.2022) im Ausland sind, suchen wir Menschen, die in der Zwischenzeit unsere Wohnung hüten.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 50 qm groß, hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Schränken und Nähecke (die Nähmaschine kann natürlich gern verwendet werden). Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangsräum, die gut ausgestattete Küche ist direkt daran angebunden. Hier sind auch alle wichtigen Küchen- und Haushaltsgeräte zu finden (Herd mit Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Rührgerät, Kuchen- und Auflaufform, …). Das Bad ist mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Bad und Küche haben Fenster.
Wir wohnen zu zweit in der Wohnung.
Since we are abroad for 3 months (01.09.2022 - 27.11.2022), we are looking for people to look after our apartment in the meantime.
The apartment is about 50 sqm, has a large bedroom with loft bed, desk, wardrobes and sewing corner (you are welcome to use the sewing machine, of course). The cozy living room is a passage room, the well-equipped kitchen is directly connected to it. Here you can also find all major kitchen and household appliances (stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, mixer, cake and casserole dish, ...). The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Bathroom and kitchen have windows.
There are two of us living in the apartment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Südosten von Dresden im Stadtteil Löbtau in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet (30er Zone) im ersten Stock eines sanierten Altbaus. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Innerhalb weniger Minuten sind die Straßenbahnen 6 (in die Neustadt und nach Pieschen über Bhf Mitte), 7 (Neustadt über HBf), 12 (Leutewitz über Postplatz) und 2 (in Richtung Striesen über Bhf Mitte) zu erreichen. Ein bisschen länger (ca. 10 min) läuft man bis zur zentralen Umsteigestelle an der Tharandter Straße. Hier fahren auch einige Busse, unter anderem die 61 nach Striesen über den Campus der TU Dresden. Auch mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man viele wichtigen Orte unter einer halben Stunde.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls ausreichend fußläufig erreichbar. (REWE, Netto, Dm, Rossmann, …)
The apartment is located in the southeast of Dresden in the district Löbtau in a quiet residential area (30 zone) on the second floor of a renovated old building. The transport connection is very good. Within a few minutes you can reach the trams 6 (to Neustadt and Pieschen via Bhf Mitte), 7 (Neustadt via HBf), 12 (Leutewitz via Postplatz) and 2 (towards Striesen via Bhf Mitte). It takes a little longer (about 10 min) to get to the central transfer point at Tharandter Straße. From here, there are also several buses, including the 61 to Striesen via the campus of the TU Dresden. You can also reach many important places by bike in less than half an hour.
Shopping facilities are also sufficiently within walking distance. (REWE, Netto, Dm, Rossmann, ...)
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Alles darin kann selbstverständlich verwendet werden.
Im Mietpreis (450 €) sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten (Strom, Wasser, GEZ, Internet).
