Die Wohnung ist ca. 65 qm groß mit einem Schlafzimmer (ca. 17 qm) und einem Wohnzimmer (ca. 20 qm) zur Straße, kleinem Flur und geräumigem Bad mit Fenster und Küche mit großem, sonnigen West-Balkon zum Garten. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, hat Parkett bzw. Fliesen in Bad und Küche. Bad ist mit Waschmaschine und Küche mit Geschirrspüler ausgestattet. Auch als WG geeignet.
Perfekte Lage im ruhigeren Teil der Neustadt, jedoch trotzdem in direkter Nähe zu Restaurants und Bars, zu Supermärkten (Netto 2 min und Rewe 5 min zu Fuß) sowie zur Straßenbahn (3 min zur Linie 11, 10 min zur Linie 6 und 15 min zum Albertplatz zu Fuß), weiterhin 5-10 min zur Heide und zur Elbe.
Ich bin momentan in Neuseeland und suche einen Zwischenmieter von Juni bis Mitte Oktober.
Die monatliche Miete beläuft sich auf 490 warm + 30 Euro Strom + 35 Euro WLAN/Festnetz-Flat
