Hallo, hier ist meine Wohnung! Alaunpark, Späti, Tram 13, alles um die Ecke! Was an der Wohnung recht schick ist; der schöne Ausblick auf die Straßenflucht der Sebnitzer Straße, mit all den Sonnenaufgängen... Von der Einrichtung her ist halt alles drin was üblicherweise so gebraucht wird. Die meisten Möbel würde ich zur Verfügung stellen.
Super Lage! Tram 2 min. , Alaunpark 3 min. Sauna 5 min. Kino 5 min. Supermärkte 6 min. Wald (sehr pitoreske Priesnitzgrund) 12 min. Zu den Elbwiesen 20 min.
Alles zu Fuß.
Und wenn man darauf steht gibt es Bars und Kaffees wohin das Auge nur reicht, es ist also nicht unbedingt notwendig das Virtel zu verlassen, wen man sich einen Gemütlichen Winter verbringen will. ;)
Die Wohnung ist wegen der Durschgangszimmers nicht wg geeignet. Also bitte nicht nochmal fragen! ;)
Und ich bin bisher mit meinen Telefon als mobilen Hotspot ausgekommen aber bei bedarf kann man den Nachbarn wegen eine Internetleitung fragen.
