Hallo,
ich biete meine möblierte Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete von Mitte August bis Mitte September 2014 an.
Die Wohnung liegt am eher ruhigen Ende der Neustadt und hat 1 geräumiges Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch) und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer (mit Sofa, Esstisch, Musikanlage). Die kleine Küche ist zum Wohnzimmer offen und mit Herd und Kühlschrank ausgestattet, das Bad hat eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und du kannst so gut wie Alles benutzen (Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Bücher, W-Lan, Kabelanschluss, etc.).

Die Wohnung ist in der Äußeren Neustadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Alaunpark und der Dresdner Heide. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bioladen, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt) gibt es gleich um die Ecke.
Am besten erst einmal per Mail Kontakt aufnehmen, alle Fragen loswerden und Telefonnummer notieren. Ich werde so schnell wie möglich zurückrufen.
