die Wohnung sehr gemütlich, Es gibt: Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Wanne, eine gepflegte, geräumige Dachterrasse, ein massives Hochbett mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank und Stauraum (hier könnt' ihr entscheiden ob das drin bleibt oder nicht) und eine Küche.
Die Wohnung wird frisch gestrichen übergeben, die Sanierung der Fenster ist für dieses Jahr vorgesehen und bereits in Planung.
Strom belief sich bei mir auf ca. 20€ pro Monat (ÖkostromTarif).
Besichtigung ab jetzt möglich (außer Montag).
