Lieber Interessent,
unsere schöne Wohnung liegt hinter dem Neustädter Bahnhof auf der Hansastraße. Die 3 fährt direkt vor dem Haus ab und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in gut erreichbarer Nähe. Wir leben hier als WG, wofür die Zimmeraufteilung mit jeweils ca 19 qm pro Zimmer perfekt ist. In alle Richtungen hat man aus der super hellen Wohnung einen tollen Ausblick über ganz Dresden.
