auf Grund eines verlängerten Auslandsaufenthalts möchte ich meine Dachgeschosswohnung im Herzen des Hechtviertel untervermieten.
Es handelt sich um eine ruhige, voll möblierte, helle Wohnung im ausgebauten Dach eines 5. stöckigen Hauses. Eine gut ausgetsatten Kücke mit Herd, Spülmaschine und allen nötigen Kochutensilien.
Internet und DVB-T sind vorhanden. Außerdem einige unaufdringliche Haustiere (Ameisen) in einem Terrarium.

I am renting out my roof apartment in the heart of Hechtviertel as I am going on a prolonged trip abroad.
The apartment is quite, fully furnished and bright situated on the 5th floor of the building. It includes a well stocked kitchen with stove, dish washer and all necessary kitchen utensils.
Internet and television are included. Moreover the apartment contains some unintrusive pets (ants) in a terrarium.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 1 min von der Bahnstation Dresden-Bischoffplatz (S1) und der Straßenbahnstation (13). Außerdem sind die Straßenbahnlinien 7 und 8 (zur Uni ca 30 min) in 6 min zu erreichen.
Durch die Lage am Rande der Neustadt sind Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 15 min zu erreichen.

The apartment is situated 1 min away from the next train (S1) and tram station (13). In addition the tram lines 7 and 8 are 6 min walking distance.
Because of the location close to Neustadt a lot of nice restaurants and bars are in 15 min walking distance.
Da es sich um eine Untervermietung handelt, werde ich meine Möbel und Teile meine Sachen in der Wohnung lassen. An sich könnt ihr alle Möbel und Utensilien (außer den StarWars Bären) nutzen, so lange ihr vernünftig und pfleglich damit umgeht. Haftpflichversicherung des Mieters wird vorausgesetzt,
Kaution kann nach Uebergabe mit letzter Miete verrechnet werden.

Because I am subletting, some of my belongings and my furniture will stay in the apartment. All furniture and utensil (exuding the Star Wars bear) can be used with some general care. Third party liability insurance is mandatory.
The deposit can be used as last month rent after the apartment is returned.
