Helle und möblierte Wohnung im Zentrum der Neustadt zur Untermiete

Da wir für ein paar Monate im Ausland leben werden, vermieten wir vom 1.10. bis 27.12. unsere Wohnung unter.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Kunsthofpassage im Herzen der Neustadt und besteht aus zwei großen Räumen. Es gibt in jedem Raum einen großen Balkon mit wunderbarer Aussicht sowie ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Durch die große Glasfront sind die Räume sehr hell.

Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. Auch die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet; es gibt eine Spül- und im Bad eine Waschmaschine.

Besichtigung und Kennelernen ausschließlich am 25.9. und 26.9. möglich.

We will be living abroad for a few months, so we are subletting our apartment from 10/1 to 12/27.

The apartment is located in the Kunsthofpassage in the heart of the Neustadt and consists of two large rooms. Both rooms have large balconys with a wonderful view. We also have a bathroom with shower and tub. Due to the glass fronts the rooms are very bright.
We leave our furniture there and are therefore looking for a:m trusting interim tenant:in.

The kitchen is fully equipped; there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in the bathroom.
