ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine und feine 1,5- Zimmerwohnung im gut sanierten Altbau.
Gelegen ist sie exzellent, man ist in 5 Fußminuten am Elberadweg und die ÖVP sind am Puschkinplatz bzw. am Großenhainer Platz auch schnell zu erreichen.
In die Neustadt und die Innenstadt ist es nur ein Katzensprung und der Garten lädt im Sommer zu Grillszenarien ein.
Von der Wohnungstür aus geht`s durch einen langen Flur zu einem großen Zimmer mit viel Platz für kreative Wohnideen ;-) Der Abstellraum und das große Duschbad sind vom Flur aus begehbar.
Die Küche liegt am Hauptzimmer an.
Keller, sowie Fahrradloggia im Garten sind verfügbar.
Also falls ihr Fans von hohen Decken und einer guten Lage seid, meldet euch und wir machen eine Besichtigung aus.
