Our house is nearby the main campus of TU Dresden, institutes and Mensa in walking distance, bus stop across the street, 4 stops to main station of Dresden. Shopping facilities in the area. The house comprises 9 apartments at 3 levels - all separate - and is popular at researchers, scientists, PhD students. We speak english, german, russian and other languages and international guests are warmly welcome.
