Wir suchen Nachmieter für eine 3-Zimmer- Wohnung in Dresden Strehlen, in der Lockwitzer Strasse nähe Wasaplatz und Großem Garten.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und befindet sich im 3. OG eines alten Stadthauses.
Besichtigungstermine können mit mir, derzeitige Mieterin vereinbart werden.
Da wir zum Ende des Jahres ausziehen, suchen wir gezielt Nachmieter, die zum Anfang Januar 2023 mieten und einziehen möchten.
Bei Fragen können Sie sich gerne melden.
In der Lockwitzer Straße gibt es alles, was man zum Leben braucht; Supermarkt, Bäcker, Post, Apotheken, Ärzte, Dönerläden, vietnamesische Restaurants, Grundschule, Bus- u. Tramhaltestelle und der S-Bahnhof Strehlen ist auch in der Nähe.
