Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für Berufstätige oder Studenten, die alleine wohnen möchten und nicht zu viel bezahlen möchten!
Die Wohnung ist klein aber schön. Das Ess- und Schlafzimmer sind innen, deswegen brauchst du keine Sorge machen, dass es zu laut werden könnte. Es ist ganz ruhig oben in
der Wohnung, obwohl sie sich in der Mitte der Innenstadt befindet. Die Wohnzimmer hat 2 Sofa, eine davon kann man aufklappen und als Gastbett benutzen. Das Dopperbett im Schlafzimmer ist auch groß genug.
Die Wohnung ist direkt neben u-Bahnhof Heinrich Heine Allee. 7 min mit dem u-Bahn nach Hbf. Straße Bahn auch direkt vor Haustür. Supermarkt zu Fuß 5 min.
kaufhof 2 min zu Fuß. Daneben sind noch zahlreiche unterschiedliche laden zum shoppen.
Bolketstraße daneben. Zahlreiche unterschiedliche Kneipe in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Achtung: die Möbel soll mit €1700 übernommen werden. inklusive die Sofas, die Stühle und Tische, das Bett und die Matratze, Kleiderschrank, die Schränke in der Küche, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine ...
Die sind alle in einer gute Lage und sind recht preiswert für €1700
