Ich suche einen Nachmieter für diese wunderschöne 2-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung in Bilk.Sie hat einen Südbalkon und wurde vor meinem Einzug 2012 komplett renoviert.Dabei wurde ein neues Bad eingebaut,alle Fußböden neu gemacht und die Wände gestrichen,außerdem neue Steckdosen und Schalter eingebaut.
Die Küche inklusive aller Elektrogeräte sowie Schränke,den Regalen im Vorratsschrank sowie Aufbewahrungseinrichtungen wären für 550€ zu übernehmen.
Für weitere 300€ würde ich gern Schuhregale,eine Garderobe,Lampen,Rollos in Schlafzimmer,Wohnzimmer und Küche sowie den von mir gelegten Fußboden auf dem Balkon abgeben.
