Für unsere helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Nähe des Bilker S-Bahnhofs suchen wir zum 01.10. einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist 64qm groß und teilt sich in Wohnzimmer (24qm), Schlafzimmer (18qm), Küche und Bad auf. Also sowohl für eine WG als auch für Pärchen geeignet.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und bietet sogar Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Durch die großen Fenster ist es den ganzen Tag hell.
Die Küche ist erst ein Jahr alt, inklusive Keramikwaschbecken, Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld und Backofen und soll übernommen werden.
5 Minuten Fußweg zum Bilk S-Bahnof und Bilker Arkaden, Bus/U-Bahn Haltestellen direkt vor der Haustür.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka, DM, Kaisers, Real) in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. HBF, Uni und Altstadt in 10 Min mit ÖPNV erreichbar.
Gemütliche Bars und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung.
Raucher erlaubt, Haustiere müssen mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden.
