Hey Leute,
vermiete meine grad frisch bezogene Wohnung für fast den gesamten Februar unter. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und möbliert. Schönes Bad, Schönes Schlafzimmer, tolle Lage mit bombastischer Anbindung. Man erreicht auch schnell die Kö. Die Wohnung hat ca. 50 Qm ist also recht groß.
1. Mir ist ein Untermieter wichtig, der sorgsam mit den Möbeln umgeht, ich habe da Antikstühle und sowas drin, das heißt ich will niemanden, der da Partys feiert und mir die Wohnung versaut (ist auch gerade neu Tapeziert worden etc.).
2. Nehme ich deswegen auch Kaution. Sowas habe ich früher nicht gemacht^^.
3. Weil ich da grad erst eingezogen bin hat die Wohnung noch keine Küche!! und keine Wasch/Spühlmaschine! Ist also für jemanden was, der für kurze Zeit nach DDorf muss (beruflich oder so) und meistens auswärts isst.
4. Bitte schreibt mir per Whatsapp/oder E-mail. Ich arbeite den ganzen Tag und kann meistens nicht ans Handy gehen.
