Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem guten mittleren Zustand und wurde bislang vom Eigentümer bewohnt.
Die Fliesen in Bad und Küche sind relativ altbacken und das Design ist mit retro sehr wohlwollend umschrieben. Wird bestimmt wieder modern ;-) Allerdings ist der Zustand völlig ok und die Wohnung sofort beziehbar.
Die Küche verfügt über eine Geschirrspülmaschine (2016), Spüle und Kühlschrank. Eine vollumfängliche Einbauküche ist allerdings nicht eingerichtet.
Bad: Neuer Durchlauferhitzer (2016), Badewanne etc.
Eine Waschmaschine (2016) ist in der Wohnung vorhanden; ein Trockner befindet sich im Keller.
Die Wohnung ist in unmittelbarer Nähe der Bilker-Arkaden gelegen und somit liegen U-Bahn und S-Bahn Stationen praktisch direkt vor der Haustür.
Der Mieter/in sollte
