Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett und begehbarem Kleiderschrank. Erst kürzlich saniertes Bad mit Dusche. Wohnzimmer mit Empore (als Ablagefläche) und offener Küche (mit Backofen und Spülmaschine). Sonnenbalkon mit Blick in Richtung Rhein. Kellerraum zum Abstellen eines Fahrrads vorhanden.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert untervermietet. Da ich für drei Monate beruflich ins Ausland gehe, werden meine Sachen in den drei Monaten auch in der Wohnung bleiben. Ich werde aber natürlich Platz in den Schränken frei räumen.
Waschmaschine in der Wohnung vorhanden. TV Screen mit Sky (komplett Paket) im Wohnzimmer. Kleinerer TV Screen im Schlafzimmer. Wifi (ohne weitere Kosten) auch vorhanden.
Mitten im Medienhafen auf der Neckarstraße. Supermarkt (Netto), Cafe Woyton, zahlreiche Restaurants und Kino direkt vor der Tür. Gute Straßenbahnanbindung von der 1 Minute entfernten Haltestelle. Mit der 708 oder 719 ist man in 10 Minuten in Stadtmitte und in 15 Minuten am Hbf.
