Hallo zusammen,

für die Monate April und Mai suche ich eine Zwischenmiete für meine Wohnung in Oberbilk. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, nur 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Düsseldorfer Hauptbahnhof, von dem aus man bequem die umliegenden Städte wie zum Beispiel Köln erreichen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, darunter ein toller Edeka zur Heide, zu dem man in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß gelangt.

Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend, insbesondere mit den Straßenbahnen, die problemlos nach Flingern, Bilk und zum Hafen führen.

Die Kaution für die Wohnung beträgt 1200€, die am Ende des Mietvertrages und nach Abnahme der Wohnung zurückerstattet wird.
