Das Zimmer ist 26m² groß und möbliert (grosses Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Schrank, eigenes Telefon, wireless Internet).
Die Wohnung ist 76m² groß mit einer Küche und Ess- und Wohnbereich, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Balkon und einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Die Wohnung ist im 4.Stock ohne Aufzug und nahe Geschäften (Rewe, Aldi, Schlecker), öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Stadtbahn-Linie 733, 704, 706 sowie S-Ban Derendorf oder Zoo) und netten Bars in der Tußmannstraße.
Das Zimmer kostet 390 Euro pro Monat. Dort sind alle Nebenkosten eingeschlossen. Die Kaution beträgt 1 Monatsmiete.
Ich bin 29 Jahre, weiblich, arbeite im Produkt Management und bin viel unterwegs. Ich bin locker, offen und spreche Englisch, Spanisch und Französisch.

Room rented with two other people in Pempelfort/Derendorf (Tußmannstraße), for approx. 6 months.
The room is 26m² big and furnished (big bed, desk, shelves, wardrobe, own phone, wireless internet).
The flat measures 76m² with kitchen and dining/living area. There is a washing machine, micro wave, balcony and a bathroom with bath.
The flat is situated on the fourth floor without lift and close to shops (Rewe, Aldi, Schlecker), public transport (Stadtbahn-line 733, 704, 706 and S-Ban Derendorf or Zoo) and nice bars in Tußmannstraße.
The rent is 390 Euro per month with everything included. The deposit is one month’s rent.
I am 29 years old, female and working as a product manager. I am open and easy going and speak English, Spanish and French.
