Ich such einen Nachmieter für meine geliebte Wohnung in Pempelfort zum 29.2.2016.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer und kostet warm (mit Strom, Heizung, NK) 740€/Monat. Die Küche ist in der Miete mit drin und verfügt über Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube. Das Haus wurde vor 2 Jahren kernsaniert. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Zentral in Pempelfort mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung. Sowohl Haltestelle Stockkamp- und Tußmannstraße sind in 1 min zu erreichen Haltestelle Düsseldorf Zoo ist zu Fuß in ca. 5 min zu erreichen. Zum Flughafen sind es mit der S Bahn ca. 15 min.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn einige Möbel mit übernommen werden würden. Das schleppen in die 4. Etage war nämlich doch recht anstrengend ;) Die Möbel sind ca 1,5 Jahre alt und überwiegend von IKEA. Einige Dinge würde ich auch for free in der Wohnung lassen (Gardinenstangen, Küchenschrank und Ablagen in der Küche)
