Schöne helle Single-Wohnung in Unterbilk/Bilk
LAGE


Die Wohnung liegt in Unterbilk/Bilk, in der Nähe der Bilder Kirche, mit vielen Geschäften, tollen Restaurants, Cafés und sehr gutem Straßenbahn- und S-Bahn-Anschluss. Die Gegend ist ein schöner Mix aus studentisch und künstlerisch. Man ist schnell am Rhein und am Hauptbahnhof, und auch zur Uni kommt man mit dem ÖPNV in 20 Minuten. Die Straße ist eine Seitenstraße und schön ruhig. Die Wohnung hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, aber die Parkplatzsituation für die Lage überdurchschnittlich gut.


WOHNUNG


Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, mit hohen Decken und Stuck, typisch Gründerzeit-Altbau. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer zum Garten hin, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und eine kleine Küche. Es gibt einen eigenen abschließbaren Kellerbereich. (Dort oder im Innenhof kann man auch ein Fahrrad abstellen.) Durch die hohen Decken, vielen Fenster, Raumeinteilung und und Möbel wirkt die Wohnung wesentlich großzügiger als es die qm vermuten lassen. Ich habe hier wirklich sehr gerne gelebt und gebe die Wohnung schweren Herzens auf, weil ich nach Belgien ziehe.


EINRICHTUNG


Bei den Möbeln handelt es sich um Bett (IKEA MALM 140x200cm; ohne Matratze/Lattenrost), einen großen Spiegel-Schiebetürenkleiderschrank (IKEA PAX 200x66x201cm), Schlafcouch (IKEA BEDDINGE LÖVÅS), Regal 5x5 (IKEA KALLAS 5x5), 2 weiße Stühle, Kühlschrank, Küchenschrank mit Spüle, Küchenregal, Kochplatte, Badezimmer-Wandregal mit verschiebbarem Frontspiegel, Gardinenanbringung/Gardinen jeweils in Wohn und Schlafzimmer, Decken-Hängeleuchte (IKEA STOCKHOLM), Verdunklungsrollo im Schlafzimmer. Total für 600e VB.


SONSTIGES


Wohnung wird nur an einzelne Personen vergeben. Gehaltsnachweise über 3 Monate, Schufa (request now) - und Mieterselbstauskünfte (e.g., http://www.mietrecht-hilfe.de/media/downloads/Selbstauskunft-Mieter-Vorlage.pdf) bitte schon zur Besichtigung mitbringen. Bei Studenten müssen Eltern mit in den Vertrag und entsprechend obige Nachweise vorlegen (auch hinsichtlich der Einrichtung wären mir gegenüber Eltern dann Vertragspartner).

Beautiful, bright single-apartment in Unterbilk/Bilk


LOCATION


The building is located in Unterbilk/Bilk, close to Bilker Kirche, with lots of shops, nice restaurants and cafes close-by. The connection to public transport is excellent, with tram and S-Bahn stops 2 minutes away. The area is both artsy and popular with students and families. You can get to the harbor/Rhine, city center and Main Station fairly quickly and by public transport it takes 20 minutes to university. The street itself is pretty quiet. You won’t have a parking space of your own, but the parking situation is relatively good for the area.


APARTMENT


Die apartment is very airy and light, with the high ceilings and stucco typical for buildings from the Gründerzeit period. There is a bedroom (facing the garden and thus pretty quiet), living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub (both the kitchen and the bathroom also have windows). You’ll have locked storage space in the basement. (You can keep a bike there or in the backyard.) The high ceilings, many windows and floor plan of the apartment make it seem much larger than it is. I have loved living here and I’m only leaving the apartment because I have to move abroad.


FURNITURE


I will leave a bed (IKEA MALM 140x200cm, without mattress), a very large mirrored wardrobe (IKEA PAX 200x66x201cm), a couch that can be transferred into a double bed (IKEA BEDDINGE LÖVÅS), a large shelf (IKEA KALLAX 5x5), 2 white chairs, fridge, kitchen unit, kitchen shelf, cooking plate, bathroom shelf with mirrors, curtains in bed- and living room, ceiling lights (IKEA STOCKHOLM). Total price: 600e (to be discussed).


MISCELLANEOUS


The flat is for 1 person alone. Please bring - already for the visit - proof of salary for the past three months, Schufa (request now) (not necessary if you recently moved to Germany) and the Mieterselbstauskunft (e.g., http://www.mietrecht-hilfe.de/media/downloads/Selbstauskunft-Mieter-Vorlage.pdf). If you’re a student, your parents have to co-sign the contract and provide proof of the above-mentioned documents.
