2,5 Zimmerwohnung für 2 Personen Innenstadt Untermiete

Hallo Zusammen,

Ich untermiete meine 2,5 Wohnung unmöbliert erstmal für den Zeitraum von 01.03.2024 bis 01.01.2025, da ich ins Ausland ziehe und dort einige Monate verbringen möchte. ( kann sein verlängerbar kann sein nicht, weil es auf meine Reise ankommt). Die Wohnung ist in Super Lage und besteht aus eine: große Küche mit einbauküche, Abstellzimmer, Eingangshalle, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Toilette mit Badewanne und ein sehr großea Balkon.

Ich Suche 2 leute, die Arbeitatätig sind und keine Anmeldung in Düsseldorf suchen, da ich immer noch angemeldet bleiben würde !!!!!!

Folgende Unterlagen brauche ich unbedingt:

Arbeitsvertrag
Bervorzugt: Pärchen oder verheiratet
Reisepass und Aufenthaltstiltel
Lohnabrechnungen

I'm subletting my 2.5 apartment for the period from March 1st, 2024 to January 1st, 2025 because I'm moving abroad and want to spend a few months there. (may be extendable may not be because it depends on my trip). The apartment is in a great location and consists of a: large kitchen with fitted kitchen, storage room, entrance hall, bedroom, living room, toilet with bathtub and a very large balcony.

I am looking for 2 people who are working and are not looking to register in Düsseldorf, as I would still remain registered!!!!!!

I absolutely need the following documents:

employment contract
Preferred: couple or married
Passport and residence permit
Pay slips
