Das Dellviertel zeichnet sich, trotz Innenstadtnähe, durch seine ruhige Lage aus. Es gibt ein gutes Kulturelles Angebot,in Form von Programmkino , vielfältiger Gastronomie,sowie Szenekneipen und Museen. Es ist das „ In-Viertel“ der Stadt. Es ist eine gute und saubere Wohngegend. Der Edeka im Kaufhof ist 500 m zu Fuß entfernt ,der Netto ist nochmal 5 min. weiter und mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller zu erreichen.
Es gibt Bus und Bahnverbindungen zur Uni sowie in alle anderen Stadtteile von Duisburg ,ebenfalls 5 min. Entfernt.
Es stehen 2 Betten in der Wohnung und ist somit WG geeignet, im Moment wohnen sogar 3 junge Studenten in der Wohnung ,da ein Bett ein Doppelbett ist,wenn man da keine berührungsängste hat ,ist das ok.
Die Wohnung und das Treppenhaus werden einmal wöchentlich gereinigt. Dafür berechnen wir eine reinigungspauschale von 100€ . Dieser Punkt ist nicht verhandelbar und somit fest im Mietvertrag verankert.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung wirklich komplett eingerichtet. Von Bettwäsche bis Geschirr und Töpfen, Fernseher ,Schreibtischen,Reinigungsmaterial, sowie sonstigen Einrichtungsgegenständen ist alles vorhanden.
