Die Wohnung kann zum 08.01.2024 bezogen werden. In der Wohnung gibt es drei Zimmer, alle mit einem schönen Holzboden.
Zur Zeit wird eines als Wohnzimmer, eines als Büro und eines als Schlafzimmer verwendet. Aus dem Büro kann man ein zweites Schlafzimmer machen. Von daher ist es auch als WG geeignet. Früher war hier auch mal eine Zweier-WG, jetzt Wohnen wir als Pärchen darin und man hat wirklich viel Platz.
Außerdem gibt es eine Terasse/ einen Garten , die gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird. Ein kleines Kllerabteil ist auch vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile wird gerne abgelöst. Auch das Sofa kann bei Bedarf drin bleiben.

Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe der Bereitschaftpolizei. Der Edeka ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und in die Uni ist man auch in 15 Minuten gelaufen. Der X80 bringt einen von der Haltestelle, die 5 Minuten weg ist, nach Ingolstadt.

Bzgl der Nebenkosten: Die Kaltmiete ist 465€.
50 € Nebenkosten gehen noch an den Vermieter für Wasser, Müll, etc.
wir zahlen zur Zeit ca. 55€-Strom und 135€ Gas-Abschläge, wie sich die Kosten am Ende mit den aktuellen Energiepreisen ergeben, wissen wir auch noch nicht.
