Wir,zwei Studenten, wollen unsere WG-Wohnung,wegen Studienabbruch so schnell wie möglich auflösen und suchen deshalb Nachmieter. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei abgetrennte Zimmer und ist daher sehr gut als WG geeignet. Außerdem steht ein weiterer, kleinerer Raum zur Verfügung, der super als Essbereich genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon, der von beiden Zimmern aus zugänglich ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Erlangen Bruck und hat eine super Anbindung zum Uni Südgelände sowie zur Innenstadt,welche man beide mit dem Bus in 10 min erreicht.Die A73 befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ein Sportplatz mit Fußballkäfig,Volleyballplatz usw. ist 2 min entfernt. Ebenso befindet sich um die Ecke eine Grünanlage mit kleinem See.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 Fahrradminuten zu erreichen.(Rewe,Edeka,Netto...)
Die Warmmiete beträgt insgesamt 7 5 0 € im Monat für die komplette Wohnung. Einzug ist ab sofort möglich.
