2 Schlafzimmer mit je 12 und 14 qm, Wohnzimmer mit ca. 22 qm, dazu kommt eine Küche mit Stehtisch und ein Bad.
Auf dem Speicher kann Wäsche aufgehängt werden und im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
Ziehe zum Ende des Studiums aus, die Wohnung war bis dato eine 2er Wg mit Wohnzimmer. Kann ebenfalls als Pärchenwohnung genutzt werden oder theoretisch sogar als 3er Wg (wenn man die Wohnzimmertür wieder einbaut).
In die Innenstadt sind es 5 min mit dem Fahrrad oder Bus. Einkaufen zu Fuß 10 min und mit dem Fahrrad 5. Park ist gleich um die Ecke zum Sport machen.
Die Wohnung ist gerade noch möbliert wird aber größtenteils ausgeräumt. Es müssten ein Sofa, ein Bett und ein Schrank übernommen werden wobei ich nur für das Bett (bei Bedarf) ein Restwert gezählt werden müsste.
