Are you looking for a long term stay in a peaceful location ?

We have a beautiful appartment located in the side of Europakanal. The apartment is 48 m2 in total with two room. the bigger room is going to be on lease from 1 June for long term with City Registration. The room comes with a sofa-cum bed .The room has one big table for working. The previous tenant has some gadgets that can be passed on for a small fee.

We have a sperated kitchen with all modern modular storage and cooking setup , which includes baking oven and microwave along with heating stoves, and two refrigerators.
There is a shared washroom with all necessary utilities already attached. There is a lovely balcony from which you can see the entire Erlangen and may be have a coffee.

Transportation
The nearest bus station is Schallershofer Straße which is 200 m far from the apartment and connect to Hbf via 287 line, and Techfak via 287 and 280. City Center and rest of Erlangen is connected via both 293 ,287 and 286 from the next nearest Bus Stop of Schulzentrum West that is 450 m far by walking.

Lidl is 10 min walking distance and 5 min by bus, along with Obi, Apotheke and all other amenities combined under a big shopping complex at Neumühle.

There is Edeka as well like 8 mins away.

About the WG Mate
I am Gyan and I will be sharing the WG with you. I am studying Computational Engineering alongside working at Siemens Healthineers. I love fitness and travelling and talking about generative AI. Most of the time I spend in work and study, and in free time I love to watch Football and F1.

The housing society is having students, working profesionals and family from diversifed background. Our landlord is really good, and kind and always comes up for support at emergencies. Plus he speaks fluent English so brownie points for that :)
