Gemütliche 1,5-Raum Wohnung

Ich verlasse Erlangen und möchte meine kleine, gemütliche Wohnung weitervermieten.
Offizielle steht Sie mit 1,5 Zimmern im Mietvertrag, aber eigentlich sind es 2 Räume.
Ein Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche (inkl. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Herd, Mikrowelle und einem kleinen Weinregal), welche vom Vermieter gestellt wird) und zwei Fenstern zum Innenhof, der für alle Mieter nutzbar ist. Es ist genug Platz für eine Couch, Fernseher und Esstisch.
In das Schlafzimmer passt ein 1,40m Bett und ein großer Kleiderschrank und man hat trotzdem noch Platz sich zu bewegen ;)
Das Bad hat eine Duschwanne und eine Waschmaschine. Hier befindet sich auch ein Wasserboiler, welcher aber in der Warmmiete abgedeckt ist.

Da ich in eine volleingerichtet Wohnung umziehe, möchte ich gerne fast alles da lassen, was die Wohnung perfekt für jemanden macht, der noch keinen Hausstand besitzt. Angefangen von den Möbeln bis hin zum Geschirr und Besteck.
Lediglich meine Couch und meine Bar werde ich mitnehmen.
Daher ist es mir auch wichtig, dass mein Nachmieter die Wohnung so übernimmt wie Sie ist für eine Ablöse von 500€.
Diese werde ich natürlich auch zu erst an meine Vermieter weiterempfehlen.
Enthalten sind:
- 2 Expedit Regale (jetzt Kallax) (Neupreis wären jetzt ca 180€)
- eine TV Konsole (50€) inkl. Fernseher (50€) (leider geht die Fernbedienung nicht mehr, man kann sich aber eine neue Universal holen)
- Bett mit Stauraum 1,40m ( MALM Neupreis 499€) inkl. Nachttisch
- Kleiderschrank 1,50m (PAX inkl. Einbauteile ca 360€)
- Kommode (BRIMNES 99,99€)
- Schuhschrank (BILLY 84,99€)
- Hauswirtschaftsschrank
- Geschirr, Töpfe, Besteck, usw.


I am leaving Erlangen and would like to rent out my small, cozy apartment.
Officially it says 1.5 rooms in the lease, but actually there are 2 rooms.
A living room with an open kitchen (incl. fridge, oven, stove, microwave and a small wine rack, which is provided by the landlord) and two windows to the inner courtyard, which can be used by all tenants. There is enough space for a couch, TV and dining table.
A 1.40m bed and a large wardrobe fit in the bedroom and you still have room to move around ;)
The bathroom has a bathtube and a washing machine. There is also a water boiler here, which is covered in the warm rent.

Since I'm moving into a fully furnished apartment, I'd like to leave almost everything that makes the apartment perfect for someone who doesn't have a household yet. From the furniture to the crockery and cutlery.
I will only take my couch and my bar with me.
It is therefore also important to me that my next tenant takes over the apartment as it is for a fee of €500.
I will of course recommend them to my landlords first.

- a TV console (€50) incl. television (€50) (unfortunately the remote control no longer works, but you can get a new universal one)
