Ich suche für Mitte/Ende Oktober einen Nachmieter. Ich wohne seit mittlerweile fast sechs Jahren (mein ganzes Studium) hier und war immer sehr zufrieden. Die Lage und die Größe zu dem Preis sind ziemlich gut. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG einer Doppelhaushälfte und besteht aus Flur, Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wohnfläche 35-40qm. Im Hof ist Platz, um ein Fahrrad abzustellen.
An Möbeln habe ich einen Kühlschrank (Rest der Küche stellt der Vermieter), ein Bett und einen Kleiderschrank abzugeben. Die Waschmaschine gibts umsonst (kosmetische Mängel... wäscht aber einwandfrei).

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Schwabachanlage. Kein Verkehrslärm, trotzdem sehr zentral. Mit dem Fahrrad 3-5 min in die Innenstadt oder zum Hauptbahnhof.
