Die Studentenwohnung mit 1,5 Zimmern ist im Appartment-Stil gehalten und vollständig möbliert. Das emblemgeschützte Haus aus dem Jahre 1913 ist von 2013-2015 komplett neu renoviert worden und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Als Erstbezug nach Renovierung habe ich hier 6 Jahre gewohnt.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein großes Bett (140x200cm), ein großer Schreibtisch, ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, eine Schlafcouch aus Leder, ein Sideboard, eine Einbauküche, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Bücherregal, sowie eine Garderobe.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral direkt am Erlanger Bahnhof über der Bäckerei. Die Fußgängerzone ist fußläufig 2 Minuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Entfernung finden Sie Apotheken sowie Arztpraxen. Trotz sehr belebter Gegend ist die Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss sehr ruhig gelegen.
