Die Wohnung befindet sich am Waldrand von Sieglitzhof. Vom Schlafzimmer schaut man direkt in den Wald. Der große teilüberdachte Balkon geht nach Süd-Westen. Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges, gepflegtes Mehrfamilienhaus mit Hausmeisterservice.
Die Bushaltestelle Rennesstraße ist 150m vom Hauseingang entfernt. Alle 10 Minuten fährt ein Bus in 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man durch den Wiesengrund ca. 15 Minuten.
Die Ablöse ist für eine neue Küche, die letztes Jahr eingebaut wurde.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erwünscht.
Für die Wohnung suche ich einen (oder zwei) Nachmieter ab dem 01.01.2018. Gerne können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
