Meine aktuelle Wohnung mit ca. 40 qm wird frei. Die Wohnung hat einen Laminatboden im Ess-Wohnbereich und im Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und ist super schön hell. Viele tolle extras machen aus ihr etwas ganz besonderes.
Ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage! Man kann sowohl S-Bahnen (S2, S3) also auch die U1 Haltestelle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen, so ist man also schnell im Zentrum von Stuttgart (10 Minuten zum HBF mit der S-Bahn). Ansonsten gibt es einige Restaurants, Eisdielen, Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie zahlreiche Lebensmittelmärkte, dm, Post und auch türkische und arabische kleine Läden. Was mir an Fellbach sehr gefällt ist, dass man schnell in den Weinbergen ist wo die Luft dann doch um einiges besser ist als im Zentrum von Stuttgart ^^ Auch ist der Neckartalradweg in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung, das heißt man hat sehr gute Möglichkeiten sich hier sportlich zu betätigen und in der Natur zu entspannen. Auch das Schwimmbad (Freibad, Hallenbad, Sauna) ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
