Die Wohnung ist in 4 recht gleiche Zimmer aufgeteilt und befindet sich im 1.OG des Zweifamilienhauses. Alle Zimmer sind mit Laminatböden bedeckt. Einbauküche mit Sitzgelegenheit und Bad mit Wanne, sowie Toilette werden gemeinsam genutzt.
Balkon ist vorhanden und Gartennutzung auf dem Hof ist möglich.
Das freistehende Zweifamilienhaus ist etwas außerhalb von Bonlanden auf einem Aussiedlerhof. Also sehr spezielles schönes Wohnen mit Aussicht über das Bombachtal. Zu Fuss kommt man in den Stadtkern in etwa 18min laut Google. Dort hat es alles was man braucht. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt vor dem Haus parken.
Momentan wohne ich mit meinen 2 Kindern (3Jahre und 8 Jahre) dort und suche einen Mitbewohner/in.
Man müsste dann bei der Besichtigung mal schauen wie man das am besten aufteilt. Ideal wäre jemand mit Kind.
Der Preis ist jetzt mal auf 3 Zimmer ausgelegt. Wäre auch möglich nur 2 Zimmer zu mieten.
