Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen aber ruhig gelegen. Der Main ist genau wie die S-Bahn Station 3 Geh-Minuten entfernt
Wir suchen nach ruhigen Mietern, die die Größe der Wohnung genau so genießen, wie wir :) Da der Monat schon fortgeschritten ist, würden wir die Monatsmiete nur nach Mietdauer abrechnen :)

We are looking for quiet tenants who enjoy the size of the apartment just as we do :)

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal – man ist innerhalb von 7 Minuten an der Konstablerwache, die Stationen Ostendstraße und Ostbahnhof sind fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten (3-5) zu erreichen.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Main direkt vor der Haustüre lädt zum Spazieren und erholen ein. Sonst gibt es auch einen kleinen Balkon, der in den Innenhof zeigt.

Das Raumklima ist durch die hohen Decken sehr angenehm und sollte es dennoch mal zu heiß werden, haben wir ein Klima-Gerät, welches die Raumtemperatur herunterkühlt.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm, es gibt ein kleines Café direkt an der Hausecke, 2 Gehminuten weiter findet sich eine Post, Bars und Restaurants sowie die Louis-Appia Passage mit einem großen Rewe, DM, einer Apotheke und einem Hausarzt

The room climate is very pleasant due to the high ceilings. If it gets too hot, we have an air conditioning unit that cools the room temperature down.
The neighborhood is very pleasant, there is a small café right on the corner of the house. After 2 minutes of walk there is a post office, bars and restaurants and the Louis-Appia Passage with a large Rewe, DM, a pharmacy and a doctor
