as we planning to be away on vacation for 6 weeks, we would like to sublet our beautiful green apartment with high ceiling from the 5th of August till the 14th of September. The price in the ad. is for 1 month only.
The flat is big enough for a family with 1 kid, or a 2 person's flat. With 90m2 you have everything you need: a fully equipped Kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a huge living/dining room with TV 1 bedroom with a baby bed, another room which is currently being used as an office and a super fast internet connection, 2 balconies and the possibility to park your car in front of the building for FREE.
The flat is very bright and situated in a very calm area in Sachenhausen. Within a 3 min walking distance you can enjoy the sunny summer walks at the Main river, drive the bike in beautiful Sachenhausen and enjoy all the nice coffee shops/restaurants the area has to offer.
The next tram station is within a 2min walking distance. From there you can be at the Frankfurt Main Train Station in 7 Min, or by foot in 15min.
The baby bed can be put in the basement and the office can be turned into a 2nd bedroom if needed. Important for us that you are tidy, water our plants once a week and keep the flat as beautiful as we left it by the time we are back. We would also land you a bike for you to check out what Frankfurt has to offer.
