Für unsere 3-Zimmer Wohnung in Betzenhausen suchen wir zum 15.11.21 Nachmieter. Die Wohnung mit Balkon und Einbauküche liegt ganz in der Nähe vom Seepark. Ein Garagenstellplatz gehört zur Wohnung dazu. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in den Westarkaden sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Nachmieter müssen ein festes Einkommen haben, andernfalls ist eine Bürgschaft notwendig. Es sollte ein Paar/Einzelperson sein und keine WG.
Der Mietbeginn zum 15.11.21 ist nicht verhandelbar (möglich wäre evtl. nach Absprache ein Mietbeginn zum Wochenende des 13./14.11.21).
Falls das interessant für euch klingt, können wir gerne einen spontanen Besichtigungstermin für heute (Sonntag, 17.10.) oder unter der Woche ab 17/18 Uhr vereinbaren.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1270€ warm. Unter den sonstigen Kosten sind der Garagenstellplatz (90€ monatlich) und die Einbauküche (70€ monatlich) enthalten.
