Ich biete eine sehr schöne große 4-Zi-Whg am Ortseingang von Gundelfingen in der Belchenstraße an. Sie liegt im 1. OG in einem 4-Parteien-Haus. Sie hat 140qm, einen großen Balkon vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer erreichbar, eine Abstellkammer mit Fenster, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschinenanschluss und ein Gäste-WC. Die Einbauküche ist 2 erst 2Jahre alt, wofür ggf. ein Abstand erforderlich wäre. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten wurde von uns meist alleine benutzt. Die Straßenbahn erreicht man zu Fuss in 6min., die S-Bahn in 10min.
Im Gegenzug suche ich für meinen 4-jährigen Sohn und mich eine 2-3-Zi-Whg. ab 55qm bis max. 900€ WM in Freiburg, bevorzugt Stühlinger, Betzenhausen, Wiehre, Herdern oder Oberau.
Die Wohnung sollte einen Balkon und/oder Garten und ein Kellerabteil haben. Was das Umzugsdatum angeht wäre ich flexibel
