Zum 1.3.18 suchen wir Nachmieter für eine hübsche Altstadtwohnung, bestehend aus einem kleineren und einem größeren Zimmer (ca. 12 und 16m²), einer großzügigen Wohnküche mit hochwertiger Einbauküche (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Backofen) und einem Bad mit Dusche. Ein Balkon im Hinterhof sowie ein Kellerabteil gehören ebenfalls dazu. Zentralheizung und Dielenparkett-/Fliesenböden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und hat leichte Dachschrägen, die aber nicht viel Fläche einnehmen, und hübsche Erker. Bei allem Charme eines Hauses aus dem 15. Jahrhundert ist sie in einem gut renovierten Zustand.
Nice apartment in historical city centre, to let from 1.3.18. Two bedrooms (12 and 16 m²) and a generous combined living room and kitchen (kitchen included, dish washer, fridge, gas stove, oven), bathroom with shower, balcony in the back yard and cellar. Central heating, wooden/tile floors. 2nd floor, historical charme but still nicely renovated.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt in einem der wenigen mittelalterlichen Gebäuden und einer der wohl schönsten Ecken! Alles ist fußläufig, 10min zum Bahnhof, 3min zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle, 5min zum Münstermarkt, fatalerweise 1/2min zur Feierling-Hausbrauerei ;)
The flat is located in in one of the most beautiful sites of the historical city center. Everything is close, you need 10min to walk to the train station, but only 3min to the next tram station, 5min to the market around the cathedral, 1/2min to the brewery Feierling ;)
Die Wohnung soll zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet vermietet werden, wobei eine Mietverlängerung vorstellbar ist. Das hängt von den Plänen des Vermieters ab. Die Wohnung kann auch als WG-genutzt werden. Wir, Annemarie und Simone, haben die Wohnung als WG bewohnt und uns immer sehr wohlgefühlt. Doch die Lebensumstände ändern sich und deshalb ziehen wir beide aus.

Renting the apartment ist limited to one year, although this might be negotiated with the owner. Sharing the apartment is also possible. We, Annemarie and Simone, have been sharing the apartment for several year and were always happy here. However, circumstance in life change and so we both move out.
