Apartment
We are renting out our cozy little apartment for two month this summer. The apartment is perfect for a single person, a couple or a couple with baby. It is located in Freiburg-Kappel a little Black-Forest-Village very close to Freiburg (10 minutes my car, 15 minutes by bike). The bus stop is at a 1 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment contains a little garden and Terrasse, ideal for sitting outside in the summer and enjoy the lush green environment. There is plenty of nature very close to Kappel and you have lots of possibilities for walks in the nearby valley, forest or mountains.
The apartment contains a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with couple size bed, an open kitchen and living room, garage is available for bikes and car or parking outside.
We are renting out for 1300 € per month and would ideally rent for the whole time of two month. We you will pay a deposit of 400 € that you will get back at the end of the rent.
