In der Nähe ist das Frauenhofer Institut, die Uniklinik und die Institute.
Freizeitmäßig ist der Seepark, das Westbad, der Mooswald und der Sportpark fussläufig erreichbar.
Ebenso fussläufig 2 Bäckereien, Bauernmarkt und Lidl, auf der anderen Seite des Seeparks in der Sundgauallee alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.
Die Wohnung wurde Anfang des Jahres neu saniert und eingerichtet.

The apartment is located in Mooswald, very close to the Seepark in a quiet neighbourhood. Bus stop in 100m, 2,5 km to city center/bahnhof, 10 minutes with the Bus, Strassenbahn or bike. Close to the apartment as said is the wonderful seepark, the Mooswald forest, Westbad and sportpark, all in walking distance, as well as bakeries, farmers market, and supermarkets.
The apartment was renovated this year.
It's a non smoking apartment.
Rent is €650 all included plus €300 Deposit.
