Ich biete meine sehr schöne und gemütliche Dachgeschoss Wohnung (2. OG) mit Balkon Süd orientiert ab den 04.03. an. Man hat eine schöne Sicht zum Schönberg. Die Wohnung ist nur für eine Person geeignet, zur zweit passt auch wenn nicht langfristig.
Es gibt 1 Keller, mit Waschmachine-Anschluß.
Auf der Straße gibt es immer gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit für Autos.
Schöne grüne ruhige Lage in Sankt Georgen. Schönberg und Dorfbach in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es fahren 2 verschiedene Buslinien in Richtung Stadtzentrum und Bahnhof, die Haltestellen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar (1 Edeka, 2 Bäckerei, ein Bioladen, Blumenladen... und mehr).
Das Stadtzentrum ist mit Fahrrad in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar (jenach Stadtteil).
Die Vermieter wohnen im 1. OG.
Sie möchten ein einzel Person, ohne Haustier, für eine langfristige Miete nur, d.h. eher arbeitstätig.
Sie sind sehr nett und hilfbereit.
Deutsche Sprache von Vorteil.
