Da wir ein paar Monate verreisen, bieten wir unsere vollmöblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Gesamtmiete von 800€ enthält sämtliche Nebenkosten (inkl. Telefon, Internet, Müll und Strom).
Es gibt einen großen Balkon zum Innenhof (ca. 6qm) mit einer kleinen Abstellkammer.
Alle Möbel bleiben in der Wohnung (auch TV, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc.). Nur die Matratzen (2x90cm) werden nicht mitvermietet.
Da das große Wohnzimmer auch der Durchgang zur Küche ist, eignet sich die Wohnung weniger als WG. Für Pärchen ist es die ideale Wohnung. Gerne auch Studenten.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen im Stadtteil Freiburg Wiehre. Bahnhof und Innenstadt sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Lidl befindet sich direkt um die Ecke.
Die Straßenbahn-Haltestelle Reiterstr. ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
In der gesamten Rehlingstraße kann umsonst geparkt werden.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
