Kitchen : A standalone kitchen when entering the apartment with electric cooktop, oven, exhaust and Refrigerator. A Cellar compartment is available for personal storage and a coin operated washing machine and dryer available in the basement. Also the parking place for bikes can be found in the basement. Kitchen and bathroom have no windows. Both the rooms have big windows and the apartment is very bright during the day.
Total Rent : 490+130 = 620 Warm.
Apartment is suitable for a pair or two students.
Near to tram stops Weddigenstrasse and Pressehaus. Nearer to Supermarkets Lidl and Edeka, 20 min by foot to Hbf, 8 min with bike.
I am leaving behind 1 single bed, one big cupboard, one dining table with two chairs, a big Refrigerator Siemens A+++ and many more small furniture. I expect 500€ altogether for the furniture. We can negotiate on that. Also, it would be nice if you can take over my internet connection 150 Mbps for 20€ a month.
Moving in date would be earliest 01.05.2019, not before. Please write to me only if you have interest to take over internet and the furniture.
